This agreement ("this Agreement") applies as between you, the user of the "[Mobile App]" (the "Application") and MTR Corporation Limited ("MTRCL", "we", "our" or "us"), the owner of this Application. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your installing, copying or otherwise using the Application and/or by clicking the "DOWNLOAD" or "INSTALL" button of the Application for downloading the Application to your mobile device. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not download the Application and/or please terminate this Agreement immediately by removing the Application from your mobile device.
1. Grant of Licence
MTRCL hereby grants to you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use a single copy of the Application on a single mobile device primarily used by you only for the purposes pertaining to the track access authorization process and your work and services relating to the relevant maintenance, repair, engineering or project works within MTR premises. You shall not access or use the Application for any other purposes without obtaining MTRCL's prior written consent. This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application and destroying all copies of the Application in your possession.
Upon any termination, you agree to immediately uninstall the Application and destroy all copies of the Application, any accompanying documentation, and all other associated materials. MTRCL reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access and use of the Application at any time if you are in breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.
MTRCL may, at any time and without giving notice to you, make changes, corrections and/or improvements to the Application, stop providing the Application or features of the Application to you or to users generally, or create usage limits for the Application.
2. Ownership of the Application
While MTRCL provides access of the Application to anyone (including you and other end-users) subject to the limited license granted under this Agreement, we retain all right, title and interest (including but not limited to all intellectual property rights) in and to all works, contents, texts, graphics, graphic images, logos, icons, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, data sets, databases, data, algorithms, processes, graphical user interface, page layout, underlying codes (including object and source codes), software, computer programs and any other materials (the "Content") in and to the Application. Any act of "mirroring" the Application, the Contents or the materials contained therein on your device and/or server without the prior written permission of MTRCL, or modifying or re-using the Contents on the Application is prohibited. MTRCL reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
MTRCL's employees/personnel and the relevant employees and representatives of MTRCL's contractors who are equipped with proper MTRCL qualification may use the Application for purposes pertaining to the track access authorisation process when you are carrying out the relevant maintenance, repair, engineering or project works within MTR premises. Specifically you agree that you will not:
(a) use the Application, any of the Content of the Application, and/or any other applications, websites or other platforms to which this Application has redirected for commercial purposes; and/or
(b) systematically copy the Application, any of the Content from the Application, and/or any other applications, websites or other platforms to which this Application has redirected with a view to creating or compiling any form of reproduction, collection, compilation, directory or database unless given express written permission to do so by MTRCL; and/or
(c) disclose to any third party any information or Content contained in this Application and/or any other applications, websites or other platforms to which this Application has redirected unless given express written permission to do so by MTRCL.
3. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy Statement (shown below) which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. To view our Privacy Policy Statement, please scroll down below.
4. Links from the Application
The Application may contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties. These links are provided for your information and/or easy access only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site from the Application does not imply any endorsement of the sites or resources themselves or of those in control of them.
5. Disclaimers
The Application is provided by us on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neither MTRCL nor our affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the Content or the Application. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we and our affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied thereof. MTRCL accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Application resulting from any external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, push server failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
MTRCL does not warrant that the functions contained in the Application will be uninterrupted or free of defects and/or faults, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including but not limited to any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the access or use of the Application or any information or any Content contained therein. Users should be aware that they access and use the Application and its Content and any information contained therein at their own risk.
7. Miscellaneous
Waiver. The failure of MTRCL to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by MTRCL.
Variation. MTRCL may revise this Agreement at any time by amending them. Some of the provisions contained in this Agreement may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site. MTRCL will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any important changes will be notified to you by an appropriate method, such as a notice on the site. However, it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly to take notice of any changes we make, and you agree to do so. Your continued use of the Application after any changes to the terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of such change. If you do not agree with any changes or additions we make, please refrain from using the Application
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under any enactment or rule of law, then that provision will be deemed severable from this Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Assignment. This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by MTRCL without restriction.
Entire Agreement. This is the entire agreement between you and MTRCL relating to the subject matter herein and will not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties, or by a change to this Agreement by MTRCL.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement or MTRCL will be filed only in the courts in and for Hong Kong, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Language. In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
Personal Information Collection Statement ("PICS") [Mobile App]
1. Your Privacy
The MTR Corporation Limited ("MTRCL", "we", "our" or "us") respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data and this PICS explains our privacy practices. It is our policy to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the laws of Hong Kong and all related codes of practice and guidance notes issued by the Privacy Commissioner. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
We limit the access, collection and use of data to the specific information listed below that we need to operate our business and offer various opportunities and information which may be of interest to you.
In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this PICS, the English version shall prevail.
2. Data we access, collect and use
(i) Device information
When you use the Application, you understand and authorise that we can collect certain information about your mobile device, which are generally anonymized information that identify your device. This information may include but are not limited to your device's equipment identifier (e.g. IMEI), device type/manufacturer, Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system type and version. We use this information to provide the most effective Application service in different locations, devices, connectivity and situation. We also use this information in the aggregate to improve our Application and related products and services.
(ii) Personal Data
For MTRCL employees/personnel and/or the relevant employees and representatives of MTRCL contractors, we collect and use your one-off access of current location of your device, email address and/or your Hong Kong Identification Card number for (i) verification of identity and qualification to carry out works and services to MTRCL relating to the relevant maintenance, repair, engineering or projects works on MTRCL premises , (ii) facilitating, processing and enabling your registration, set-up, log-in, access, use and related operation and management of your account with the Application, (iii) MTRCL's management and operation of the Application, (iv) MTRCL's processing of any information that you may provide through the Application, and (v) any purposes directly related to any of the foregoing. You will not be able to access and use the Application if you fail to provide your Personal Data.
3. Disclosure
We will take all practicable steps to keep your Personal Data confidential, but we may allow such data to be accessed by the following parties:
(a) any MTRCL authorised personnel or contractor who provides services to MTRCL with respect to technical support and system maintenance for the Application, user account administration for the Application, and/or other relevant computer, technical or administrative services in relation to MTRCL's management or operation of the Application; and
(b) any person to whom MTRCL is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on MTRCL or for the purposes of any guidelines or codes of practice issued by regulatory or other authorities with which MTRCL is expected to comply.
4. Security
Except as mentioned in paragraph 3 above, your Personal Data, however stored, will be accessed only by our employees or contractors who are authorised to do so. Where Personal Data is stored electronically, it will be kept on a secured server and will be password-protected (or under some equivalent form of protection) and accessible only by authorised personnel of MTRCL or its contractors. Employees and contractors designated to handle Personal Data will be instructed to do so only in accordance with this PICS.

此乃一份閣下作為「Mobile App」（下稱「本程式」）之使用者與本程式的擁有人香港鐵路有限公司（下稱「港鐵公司」、「我們」、「我們的」或「我們」）之間的協議（下稱「本協議」）。當閣下安裝、複製或使用本程式，及 / 或於于移動設備上點擊“下載”或“安裝”按鈕將本程式下載至閣下的移動設備時，即已同意遵守本協議所述之條款及條件。如果閣下不同意被這些條款及條件所約束，請勿下載本程式及 / 或立刻將本程式從閣下的移動設備移除以終止此協議。
1. 授權
港鐵公司在此授權閣下一個人、有限、非專有、不可轉讓、可撤銷的許可於一部主要為閣下使用的移動設備上，就港鐵公司場所內進行相關已允許之維修、修葺、工程或項目的工作或服務及其授權進入軌道管制流程的用途，安裝及使用本程式之單一拷貝。除上述用途或獲我們事先的書面同意的情況外，閣下不可就任何其他用途使用本程式。此協議直至終止前皆為有效。閣下可以隨時移除本程式及銷毀本程式於閣下擁有的移動設備上的所有複本以終止本協議。
當閣下終止本協議時，你同意立即移除本程式及銷毀所有本程式的複本以及所有關聯文件及材料。港鐵公司保留當閣下違反本協議之任何條款時隨時終止本協議的權利。
港鐵公司保留權利隨時更改、更正及 / 或改善本程式、停止提供本程式予閣下或任何使用者、或終止其使用、或於本程式設立任何使用限制而不作另行通知。
2. 本程式之擁有權
港鐵公司按上述授權提供此程式予所有人（包括閣下或其他使用者）的同時，我們保留所有本程式內的創作、內容、文本、圖像、標誌、聲帶、影像、數據彙編、數據集、數據庫、數據、程式、程序、圖像用户介面、版面、程式碼（包括目標代碼及源代碼）、軟件、電腦程式及任何其他資料（下稱「內容」）的權利、所有權和權益（包括但不限於知識產權）。禁止任何在未有得到港鐵公司事先書面同意下將本程式或其中載有的內容或材料抄襲或複製至閣下的設備及 / 或伺服器，或更改或重用本程式的內容。港鐵公司保留所有在本協議中未有明確授予閣下之權利。
具備適當港鐵公司資格在其場所內進行已允許之維修、修葺、工程或項目工作或服務的港鐵公司員工 / 人員及其相關承建商員工及代表，均可以上述用途使用本程式。閣下特別同意不會：
(a) 使用本程式、本程式之任何內容、及 / 或由本程式轉往的其他程式、網站或其他平台之內容作商業用途；及 / 或
(b) 有系統地複製任何本程式、本程式之任何內容、及 / 或由本程式轉往的其他程式、網站或其他平台之內容，以複製、創作或製作任何形式的匯集，資料庫等。如獲得港鐵公司書面授權則不在此限；及 / 或
(c) 向任何第三方透露本程式、本程式之任何內容、及 / 或由本程式轉往的其他程式、網站或其他平台之內容。如獲得港鐵公司書面授權則不在此限。
3. 個人資料收集
使用本程式同時受我們的個人資料收集聲明（於下方顯示）所規限，有關聲明藉此提述被納入本協議之中。如欲查閱我們的個人資料收集聲明，請向下滾動屏幕。
4. 本程式之連結
本程式可能含有連接至由第三方所提供的其他網站及資源。這些連結僅為閣下提供資料及 / 或更方便的連結而設，我們對那些網站或資源的内容並無控制權，亦不會為他們或閣下因使用那些網站或資源時產生的任何損失負責。本程式提供那些連結亦不表示我們認可那些網站或資源或其操控者。
5. 免責條款
本程式由我們在“現有狀況”或“現可提供”的基礎上提供。我們抑或我們的附屬機構不會作出任何形式的陳述或保證，明示或暗示本程式操作或其内容之準確性、充分性或完整性。在最大限度的法律許可範圍內，我們及我們的附屬機構否認作出任何擔保、明示或暗示。港鐵公司對任何因為包括但不限於ISP設備故障、推送伺服器故障、主機設備故障、通信網路故障、電源故障、自然事件、戰爭或法律的限制及審查等外部原因造成本程式之中斷或失效概不負責。
港鐵公司並不擔保本程式所載的功能不會受到干擾或無任何缺陷及 / 或錯誤，亦不擔保缺陷會被糾正或本程式或提供本程式的伺服器不受電腦病毒或其他有害軟件影響。
6. 法律責任的限制
在最大限度的法律許可範圍內，港鐵公司不承擔任何因為使用本程式或任何本程式包含之內容或資料所引起之任何直接或間接之損失或損壞、可預見的或其他包括但不限於任何間接、相應而生的、特別或懲罰性的損害。用戶應清楚瞭解使用本程式及其內容或資料均需自行承擔風險。
7. 其他
豁免：港鐵公司未能行使或執行此協議所賦予的權利和補償不應詮釋為放棄該權利和補償。任何放棄本協議所賦予的權利和補償的行動，只有在有港鐵公司簽署作實的書面豁免書的情況下方視為有效。
修改：港鐵公司可隨時對本協議作出修訂以修改本協議。於本協議内的有些條款所列出的規定亦可能由我們的網站中的其他地方所公佈的規定和通告所取代。港鐵公司將會盡合理的能力去確保所有重大修改皆會以適當的方式通知閣下，例如在網站上公佈有關安排。閣下亦有責任並同意定期查閱有關條款及條件以知悉我們所作的任何修改。若閣下於有關條款及條件修改後仍繼續使用本程式則代表閣下同意及接受有關修改。如果閣下不接受有關修改，請停止使用本程式。
可分割：若根據任何法律法規，本協議的任何條款被認為不合法、無效或不可執行，該被判為無效的條款將被視為可從本協議分割而不損害其他餘下條款的有效性及可執行性。
轉讓：本協議以及一切本協議所賦予的權利和許可，閣下皆不可轉移或轉讓，惟港鐵公司則可以隨意轉讓。
完整協議：這是閣下與港鐵公司之間為標的事項所定下的完整協議，除有雙方署名之書面改動，或是由港鐵公司對本協議所作出的改動外，不會有任何更改。
管轄法律及仲裁：本協議受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區（下稱「香港」）法律管轄，並按香港法律闡釋。閣下同意任何與本協議或港鐵公司有關之法律行動只得向香港的法院提出，而閣下同意受香港法院的專屬管轄。
語言 - 本協議的英文與中文版本如有任何抵觸，概以英文版本為準。
個人資料收集聲 [Mobile App]
1. 閣下的私隱
香港鐵路有限公司（「港鐵公司」、「我們」或「我們的」）在收集、儲存、使用及傳送個人資料時尊重閣下的私隱法律權利，而此個人資料收集聲明會說明我們的私隱實務。我們的政策是遵守香港特別行政區法例（第486章）《個人資料（私隱）條例》及私隱專員發出的所有有關實務守則及指引的規定。為執行此政策，我們將確保我們的職員依循在保安及保密方面的最嚴格標準。
我們存取、收集和使用的資料僅限於特定資料為我們營運業務需要、為閣下提供服務或為提供閣下可能感興趣的機會和資料。
倘本個人資料收集聲明的英文與中文版本如有任何抵觸，概以英文版本為準。
2. 我們讀取、收集和使用的資料
(i) 移動設備的資料
當閣下使用本程式時，閣下明白並授權我們收集若干閣下的移動設備的資料，有關資料一般為辨認閣下的移動設備的技術性資料。該等資料包括但不限於設備識別（例如 IMEI）、移動設備型號 / 生產商、IP地址、所使用操作系统及版本。我們使用這些資料以在不同地方、設備、連接及情況下提供最有效的本程式的服務。我們亦會使用這些合計的資料以改善本程式及我們的相關產品及服務。
(ii) 個人資料
對於港鐵公司員工 / 人員及 / 或其相關承辦商的僱員及代表，我們會就下列目的收集及使用閣下之一次性連接設備的當時位置、電郵地址及 / 或香港身份證號碼以 (i) 核實閣下身份及閣下在港鐵公司場所內進行相關已允許之維修、修葺、工程或項目的工作或服務及其授權進入軌道的資格、(ii) 處理閣下有關帳戶註冊、登記、登入、使用本程式及其相關帳戶及本程式使用及管理事宜、(iii) 港鐵公司管理及運作本程式、(iv) 港鐵公司處理任何閣下透過本程式提供的資料、及 (v) 與上述任何目的直接相關的用途。若未能提供個人資料，閣下將無法登入及使用本程式。
(iii) 披露
我們將採取一切可行步驟，以保密閣下的個人資料，但我們或會將容許該等資料讓下列各方存取：
(a) 提供本程式之技術支援及系統維護、本程式之用戶帳戶管理及 / 或其他與我們管理及運作本程式有關的電腦、技術或行政管理服務的任何港鐵公司授權人員或承建商；及
(b) 根據對港鐵公司具約束力的任何法律規定，或為施行監管或其他機構所發出，而預期港鐵公司須遵守的任何指引或實務守則，港鐵公司有責任向其作出披露的任何人士。
(iv) 保安
除上文3段內所提及者外，閣下的個人資料不論如何儲存，將只限於我們已獲授權查閱該等資料的僱員或承辦商方可查閱。凡以電子方式儲存的個人資料，將以被保護的伺服器保存，並將加有密碼保障（或以某種等同形式的保障措施），以及只限於港鐵公司的獲授權人員或港鐵公司的承辦商方可查閱。被指定負責處理個人資料的僱員及承辦商，只在按照本個人資料收集聲明的規定下方會被指示進行相關處理。
(v) 查詢及投訴
閣下有權要求索取或更正我們所持有的閣下的個人資料。如需作出有關索取或更正或查詢有關本公司的個人資料收集聲明及做法的一般資料或投訴，請致函予以下人士及地址：

港铁公司保留权利随时更改、更正及 / 或改善本程式、停止提供本程式予阁下或任何使用者、或终止其使用、或于本程式设立任何使用限制而不作另行通知。
2. 本程式之拥有权
港铁公司按上述授权提供此程式予所有人（包括阁下或其他使用者）的同时，我们保留所有本程式内的创作、内容、文本、图像、标志、声带、影像、数据汇编、数据集、数据库、数据、程式、程序、图像用户介面、版面、程式码（包括目标代码及源代码）、软件、电脑程式及任何其他资料（下称「内容」）的权利、所有权和权益（包括但不限于知识产权）。禁止任何在未有得到港铁公司事先书面同意下将本程式或其中载有的内容或材料抄袭或复制至阁下的设备及 / 或伺服器，或更改或重用本程式的内容。港铁公司保留所有在本协议中未有明确授予阁下之权利。

3. 个人资料收集
使用本程式同时受我们的个人资料收集声明（于下方显示）所规限，有关声明借此提述被纳入本协议之中。如欲查阅我们的个人资料收集声明，请向下滚动屏幕。
4. 本程式之连结
本程式可能含有连接至由第三方所提供的其他网站及资源。这些连结仅为阁下提供资料及 / 或更方便的连结而设，我们对那些网站或资源的内容并无控制权，亦不会为他们或阁下因使用那些网站或资源时产生的任何损失负责。本程式提供那些连结亦不表示我们认可那些网站或资源或其操控者。
5. 免责条款

7. 其他
豁免：港铁公司未能行使或执行此协议所赋予的权利和补偿不应诠释为放弃该权利和补偿。任何放弃本协议所赋予的权利和补偿的行动，只有在有港铁公司签署作实的书面豁免书的情况下方视为有效。
修改：港铁公司可随时对本协议作出修订以修改本协议。于本协议内的有些条款所列出的规定亦可能由我们的网站中的其他地方所公布的规定和通告所取代。港铁公司将会尽合理的能力去确保所有重大修改皆会以适当的方式通知阁下，例如在网站上公布有关安排。阁下亦有责任并同意定期查阅有关条款及条件以知悉我们所作的任何修改。若阁下于有关条款及条件修改后仍继续使用本程式则代表阁下同意及接受有关修改。如果阁下不接受有关修改，请停止使用本程式。
可分割：若根据任何法律法规，本协议的任何条款被认为不合法、无效或不可执行，该被判为无效的条款将被视为可从本协议分割而不损害其他余下条款的有效性及可执行性。
转让：本协议以及一切本协议所赋予的权利和许可，阁下皆不可转移或转让，惟港铁公司则可以随意转让。
完整协议：这是阁下与港铁公司之间为标的事项所定下的完整协议，除有双方署名之书面改动，或是由港铁公司对本协议所作出的改动外，不会有任何更改。
管辖法律及仲裁：本协议受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区（下称「香港」）法律管辖，并按香港法律阐释。阁下同意任何与本协议或港铁公司有关之法律行动只得向香港的法院提出，而阁下同意受香港法院的专属管辖。
语言 - 本协议的英文与中文版本如有任何抵触，概以英文版本为准。
个人资料收集声明 [Mobile App]
1. 阁下的私隐
香港铁路有限公司（「港铁公司」、「我们」或「我们的」）在收集、储存、使用及传送个人资料时尊重阁下的私隐法律权利，而此个人资料收集声明会说明我们的私隐实务。我们的政策是遵守香港特别行政区法例（第486章）《个人资料（私隐）条例》及私隐专员发出的所有有关实务守则及指引的规定。为执行此政策，我们将确保我们的职员依循在保安及保密方面的最严格标准。
我们存取、收集和使用的资料仅限于特定资料为我们营运业务需要或为提供阁下可能感兴趣的机会和资料。
倘本个人资料收集声明的英文与中文版本如有任何抵触，概以英文版本为准。
2. 我们读取、收集和使用的资料
(i) 移动设备的资料
当阁下使用本程式时，阁下明白并授权我们收集若干阁下的移动设备的资料，有关资料一般为辨认阁下的移动设备的技术性资料。该等资料包括但不限于设备识别（例如IMEI）、移动设备型号 / 生产商、IP地址、所使用操作系统及版本。我们使用这些资料以在不同地方、设备、连接及情况下提供最有效的本程式的服务。我们亦会使用这些合计的资料以改善本程式及我们的相关产品及服务。
(ii) 个人资料
对于港铁公司员工 / 人员及 / 或其相关承办商的雇员及代表，我们会就下列目的收集及使用阁下之一次性连接设备的当时位置、电邮地址及 / 或香港身份证号码以 (i) 核实阁下身份及阁下在港铁公司场所内进行相关已允许之维修、修葺、工程或项目的工作或服务及其授权进入轨道的资格、(ii) 处理阁下有关帐户注册、登记、登入、使用本程式及其相关帐户及本程式使用及管理事宜、(iii) 港铁公司管理及运作本程式、(iv) 港铁公司处理任何阁下透过本程式提供的资料、及 (v) 与上述任何目的直接相关的用途。若未能提供个人资料，阁下将无法登入及使用本程式。
(iii) 披露
我们将采取一切可行步骤，以保密阁下的个人资料，但我们或会将容许该等资料让下列各方存取：
(a) 提供本程式之技术支援及系统维护、本程式之用户帐户管理及 / 或其他与我们管理及运作本程式有关的电脑、技术或行政管理服务的任何港铁公司授权人员或承建商；及
(b) 根据对港铁公司具约束力的任何法律规定，或为施行监管或其他机构所发出，而预期港铁公司须遵守的任何指引或实务守则，港铁公司有责任向其作出披露的任何人士。
(iv) 保安
除上文3段内所提及者外，阁下的个人资料不论如何储存，将只限于我们已获授权查阅该等资料的雇员或承办商方可查阅。凡以电子方式储存的个人资料，将以被保护的伺服器保存，并将加有密码保障（或以某种等同形式的保障措施），以及只限于港铁公司的获授权人员或港铁公司的承办商方可查阅。被指定负责处理个人资料的雇员及承办商，只在按照本个人资料收集声明的规定下方会被指示进行相关处理。
(v) 查询及投诉
阁下有权要求索取或更正我们所持有的阁下的个人资料。如需作出有关索取或更正或查询有关本公司的个人资料收集声明及做法的一般资料或投诉，请致函予以下人士及地址：
